ACE HOTEL

This adaptive reuse project involved the renovation of the former Howard Johnson Motor Inn, originally built in 1969. The new design transformed the existing park-outside-your-room layout and created a pedestrian friendly, courtyard oriented resort hotel. Several site amenities were placed in areas formerly devoted to vehicle parking and circulation. These amenities include an assembly space, a pool bar with sky deck, and additional pools.
