Summers Residence

This 3,100 SF House located within Eldorado in Indian Wells, CA was originally purchased as a teardown property. After some research, it was discovered that the home had been built in 1968, and the current building had been modified from its original design. The original floor plan showed promise, and working closely with the homeowner, interior designer Emily Summers, it was decided that the home would be restored. The resulting design retained most of the original plan, while updating the architecture in a cleaner, more modern fashion.
